## The four EDGE stages

## The EDGE Pack (six layers)

Every engagement produces a six-layer deliverable bundle. AI drafts, AMs review, buyers approve at each gate, the approval ledger captures evidence.

1. **Signed BRD** — produced in Explore. The agreed scope, in writing, before anyone configures anything.
2. **Solution Design (SDD)** — produced in Deploy. How the ERP gets configured to deliver the BRD.
3. **Proposal** — produced in Deploy. Hours estimate plus calendar milestones, synchronized with the SDD; no scope drift.
4. **Solution Scripts** — produced in Deploy. Per-file script manifest. The configuration assets that bring the design to life.
5. **Implementation Runbook** — produced in Deploy then Enable. Cutover plan, test packs, training collateral, hypercare playbook.
6. **Approval Ledger + Audit Trail + Value Analysis** — produced in Govern. Every approval logged, every artifact versioned, outcome vs baseline.

Each gate is database-backed in the product (`erp_approvals` row). A gate that hasn't cleared blocks the next stage from starting.

## Three sides, one method

EDGE is a three-sided operating model:

- **Buyers** submit a requirement, approve at every gate, see their EDGE Pack assembled from Explore through Enable.
- **Account Managers** operate every engagement. They run the AI Delivery Chain in Deploy, manage approvals in Govern, own hypercare in Enable.
- **Consultant Skill Authors** publish reusable skills tagged by EDGE stage. Their work steers the AI; they earn per-run fees and revenue share.

## Cross-ERP

The same EDGE method ships against four ERP platforms: Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, QuickBooks Online. Stages, gates, and the EDGE Pack are constant; the configuration playbooks underneath are platform-specific.
