## The five stages

### F. Frame
Turn unstructured buyer input into a clear ERP delivery brief: outcomes, scope, integrations, data, and constraints. Captured through the Buyer Requirement Wizard; auto-generates a draft BRD.

### O. Orchestrate
Account Managers select platform, module, industry, and methodology skills, configure the AI Delivery Chain, and run the engagement through governed gates with buyer approvals.

### R. Reuse
Consultant-authored skills bring instruction skills, reference content, prescribed sections, reference grounding, and file-generation directives. Skills are quality-tiered (Bronze → Platinum) and rated based on real engagement use.

### G. Generate
The AI Delivery Chain produces BRD, Solution Design, Proposal, deployment scripts, and supporting files in one synchronized run. Frozen-context hand-off (BRD > Proposal > Requirement) keeps artifacts coherent.

### E. Evidence
Buyer approvals, revision history, generated-files index, audit trail, and deterministic Value Analysis prove readiness and authoring value. Every chain run is reproducible and re-runnable.
