1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using TurnkeyERP's website, marketplace, AI intake agents, and related services. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use our Services to:
- Evaluate ERP platforms and implementation packages
- Use the AI intake agent to scope ERP requirements
- Request proposals and compare solutions
- Engage consultants for implementation projects
- Access managed services for post-go-live support
- Apply to join the consultant network
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information in intake sessions or proposals
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI intake systems or methodology
- Use the platform to solicit consultants outside of the marketplace for active projects
- Submit automated or bot-generated inquiries to our intake agents
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, marketplace, or other users' access
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Services for any purpose unrelated to ERP evaluation, procurement, or implementation
4. Consultant-Specific Rules
Consultants in the TurnkeyERP network must:
- Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
- Adhere to the TurnkeyERP delivery methodology and QA gate framework
- Maintain confidentiality of all client project information
- Follow the communication and escalation protocols
- Not directly solicit TurnkeyERP clients for outside engagements during or within 12 months of an active project
5. AI Intake Agent Usage
When using our AI intake agents:
- Provide accurate business information to ensure scope accuracy
- Do not submit sensitive personal data (SSN, financial account numbers) in intake conversations
- Understand that AI outputs are drafts reviewed by humans before delivery
- Do not attempt to manipulate the AI to produce misleading outputs
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of access to the Services
- Permanent removal from the marketplace
- Legal action, if warranted
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to compliance@turnkeyerp.com.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
