What you get as an AM
The mechanical work. drafting, structuring, synchronizing, regenerating. happens on the platform. Your time goes to judgment, relationships, and delivery quality.
Engagements arrive with structured intake captured by the AI Agent. You start with a real requirement, not a cold lead.
One run produces a synchronized BRD, Solution Design, Proposal, and per-file deployment scripts. Re-runnable, auditable, version-controlled.
Bronze → Platinum tier signals tell you which consultant-authored skills are battle-tested for the platform, module, and industry you're delivering.
Every artifact is versioned. Every approval is logged. Every chain run is reproducible. Buyers, consultants, and AMs all see the same provenance.
How an AM workday looks
Five steps. The AI Delivery Chain compresses what used to be weeks of manual drafting into hours, leaving your judgment where it matters.
AI agents capture buyer intake across web, WhatsApp, SMS, or email and route a structured requirement into your queue.
Browse the Skills Library, filter by platform and module, read AM ratings and tier badges, and attach the skills you trust to the engagement.
Kick off a single chain run. BRD, Solution Design, and Proposal generate as a synchronized trio, with skill-driven deployment scripts where applicable.
Open each artifact in the workspace, edit sections inline, request a re-run, and rate the consultant skills you used.
Approve and forward finished deliverables. Manage the engagement through QA gates and into managed services post-go-live.
A sample workday
8:30 am
Triage the queue
Two new buyer requirements landed overnight. Both are NetSuite Multi-Subsidiary scope. You skim the AI-captured intake brief on each, decide one is in-scope and the other needs a 10-minute clarification call. Send the call invite from the workspace; the AI agent attaches a prep doc to the calendar event.
9:00 am
Pick skills, run the chain
On the in-scope engagement, you open the Skills Library. Filter by NetSuite + Multi-Subsidiary + 4★+ rating. You shortlist five (three Gold, two Silver) and add a Platinum 'Intercompany Elimination Patterns' skill you've used twice before. Click Run. The chain produces a synchronized BRD + Solution Design + Proposal in 18 minutes. The pre-flight estimate matched the actual token bill closely; both came in within your Wallet's posture for this engagement.
10:00 am
Review and edit
You skim the BRD first. The intercompany pattern is on point. You tighten two paragraphs of the executive summary, mark one assumption as a question for the buyer, and rate the Platinum skill ★★★★★ with a comment ('still nailing the multi-currency revaluation example'). Solution Design needs zero edits. Proposal milestones look right; you adjust the team composition section to reflect that you'll lean on a specific subcontractor.
11:30 am
Send to buyer
Approve and forward all three artifacts plus the Implementation Runbook to the buyer's workspace. They get a notification. The approval ledger now shows 'Sent for buyer review. awaiting baseline approval at G1: Design Signoff'. You move on.
Afternoon
Operate live engagements
Three engagements in flight. One is mid-Configure phase; you join the consultant team's standup and clear two blockers in the workspace. Another is at G3: Data Reconciliation. you review the reconciliation report, mark the Pass gate, and post an update in the buyer's Activity feed. The third is in Hypercare; you review yesterday's daily triage report and approve a config delta the consultant requested.
5:00 pm
Close the loop
End-of-day Wallet check: two chain runs and a Value Analysis re-run logged today. AM markup applied as configured. Two consultants earned royalties on skills you used. Tomorrow's queue: one new requirement, one buyer needs a scoping call confirmation, and you owe a comment back to a Gold-tier skill author.
An illustrative day. Real engagements have more friction (and more context-switching), but the cadence. triage, run, review, deliver. is the loop the platform was designed around.
How you earn
Two-part model. Specific numbers depend on engagement type and volume and are shared during the application conversation.
A flat platform fee per engagement plus a pre-paid Wallet covers AI Delivery Chain runs, Skills Library access, the QA-gated workspace, and the audit-ready delivery tooling. Pre-flight cost estimates surface before every chain start so you know what you're committing.
TurnkeyERP takes a revenue share on engagements you operate. You can also apply a markup on consultant skill rates and on token costs (configurable per engagement). The buyer relationship stays yours; per-engagement margin is transparent.
Every chain run logs raw provider token usage. The Wallet shows what was spent on which engagement, which AM markup applied, and which consultants earned royalties. No black box.
The buyer relationship is yours. TurnkeyERP is the platform you operate on, not the contracting party between you and the buyer.
Every skill is a consultant-authored block of instructions and reference content the AI Delivery Chain runs. AM ratings and usage signals roll up into Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum quality tiers, separating battle-tested skills from freshly-published ones at a glance.
