By accessing or using the TurnkeyERP website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
TurnkeyERP operates a three-sided ERP delivery marketplace connecting businesses ("Buyers"), independent operators ("Account Managers"), and ERP experts who publish reusable skills ("Consultants" or "Skill Authors"). Every engagement produces a deliverable bundle called the "Solution Pack". Our Services include:
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
For Buyers: Published pricing is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) after Account Manager review. All proposals are subject to scope validation. Buyers retain decision authority at every QA gate.
For Account Managers: Account Managers are independent operators on the platform. not TurnkeyERP employees. Acceptance requires completing the AM application and agreeing to operating standards. Compensation typically combines a platform fee with a revenue share on engagements operated.
For Consultants: Consultants publish reusable skills the AI Delivery Chain runs. Acceptance into the network requires completing our vetting process and agreeing to our code of conduct and delivery standards. Compensation is a per-use royalty paid each time an Account Manager attaches a skill to an engagement, with quality tiers (Bronze through Platinum) influencing visibility and price bands.
The AI Delivery Chain produces BRD, Solution Design, Proposal, deployment scripts, and supporting files synchronously from a buyer's requirement. All AI-generated content is reviewed by an Account Manager before delivery to the buyer. Buyers approve, request revisions on, or reject every artifact through the approval ledger. AI outputs are drafts until approved and not binding commitments. TurnkeyERP makes no claim of autonomous deployment or guaranteed go-live; the methodology is governed and traceable, not unattended.
All content on the TurnkeyERP website, including text, graphics, methodology documentation, and software, is owned by TurnkeyERP and protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables created during an engagement are governed by the applicable SOW.
Payment terms are specified in each Statement of Work. Standard terms are milestone-based, aligned to our QA gate framework. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the SOW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnkeyERP's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurnkeyERP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Active project engagements are governed by the applicable SOW.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
