8-Phase Framework
Phases are not waterfall. We adapt pacing to your needs. But the sequence and exit criteria are non-negotiable.
Establish fit, capture requirements, and build the delivery foundation.
Translate requirements into a solution blueprint. Specify all configurations, workflows, and integration designs before any hands-on-keyboard work.
Build the ERP environment: chart of accounts, modules, security, workflows, and report foundations, all per approved blueprint.
Build and test all integrations: CRM, eCommerce, payroll, banking, and any other connectors in scope.
Structured testing from system integration testing (SIT) through user acceptance testing (UAT). Finance controls, data accuracy, and business flows verified.
Execute the go-live transition. Includes a mandatory dry-run rehearsal, a change freeze window, command center coverage, and rollback procedures standing by.
Intensive post-launch support. Daily monitoring, priority triage, first-close support, and knowledge transfer to your team.
Continuous improvement beyond hypercare, through managed services or periodic optimization sprints. ERP should get better over time, not just stable.
Risk Management
Risk management in ERP delivery isn't a checkbox. It's an active process built into every weekly cadence.
Every project starts with a risk log. Items are added, tracked, and resolved throughout delivery. Never hidden.
No out-of-scope work begins without a written change order. Timeline and cost impacts documented before approval.
Structured weekly check-in covering progress, risks, actions, and decisions. You're never in the dark about project status.
Every engagement has a named escalation path, from consultant to delivery lead to executive sponsor. You always have a route to resolution.
Quality Gates
These gates are binary: met or not met. No project proceeds past a gate with unresolved P1 items.
Design Signoff
Exit criteria: Blueprint approved; all open design items resolved; client sign-off obtained
Integration Readiness
Exit criteria: All integrations validated in non-production; error rate < 0.1%; monitoring active
Data Reconciliation Pass
Exit criteria: Migrated data reconciles to source within agreed tolerance (typically ±0.01% for financial data)
UAT Exit Criteria Met
Exit criteria: All P1/P2 test cases passed; no open critical defects; client UAT sign-off document received
Cutover Rehearsal Complete
Exit criteria: Full dry-run completed; timing confirmed within window; rollback plan tested and documented
