6-Step Approach

Pull data from your source system. We audit completeness, identify gaps, and document data quality issues before any transformation.

Run data quality checks. Flag duplicates, missing fields, orphaned records, and out-of-balance conditions. Provide a data quality report.

Define field-by-field mappings between source and target. CoA rationalization, customer/vendor consolidation, and transformation rules signed off.

Run 3+ trial migrations in non-production. Each trial generates a reconciliation report. Issues fixed iteratively until variance is within tolerance.

Final reconciliation report: trial balance, open AR/AP aging, inventory counts all matched against source. No cutover without sign-off.

Production migration during planned downtime window. Command center active. Rollback plan tested and ready. Final reconciliation confirms go-live.
