All scope changes go through a formal change control process. We'll provide a written change order with the impact on timeline and cost before any out-of-scope work begins. This protects both parties and keeps the project predictable.
Data migration includes a three-stage process: extract and audit (we validate data quality before loading), test loads with reconciliation reports (we run multiple trials until results match your source system within tolerance), and production cutover with a rollback plan. We never go live without a reconciliation sign-off.
Hypercare is a dedicated support period (typically 30 days) immediately after go-live. It includes daily monitoring, priority triage for issues, user support, and a final knowledge transfer session. Your consultant remains available during hypercare at no additional cost.
Yes. Every package is designed as a modular foundation. Add-on scopes can be attached at any phase or after go-live through a separate SOW. We'll document recommended next steps in the hypercare report.
Standard structure is milestone-based: 30% at project kickoff, 30% at design signoff (QA Gate 1), 30% at UAT completion (QA Gate 4), and 10% at go-live. Alternative structures are available for large projects.
